This project is a 3 Single Story homes in small subdivision. We purchased the lot and subdivided the lot into 3 plots and got it approved by the city. We started the planning process with my contractor in Jan and also applied for the commercial loan. We got the loan approved and started the construction on a single lot in Mar 2020.
We will start working on construction on other lots as soon we get approval from the city. We hope to have the first home available for sale in end of May 2020.
