Project is currently in progress. We started the work in mid April and planned to finish by end of May. We initiated the demo process while we wait for the City approval on the plans. We are still waiting on the plans to be approved to pull permit. We have completed demo and few other things which doesn’t require permit and waiting for the approval.
We hope to continue with the project soon and get moving to completed on time by end of May.

Private Real Estate Investor who wants to remodel their old home to bring it up to the current trend with all the bells and whistles and plan to sell it on the market after its completed. Their back up plan is to have it rented depending on the market condition.
To start back on full renovation of the property which was left by another contractor. Plans are being drawn and submitted by Third party company. We will execute the changes submitted in the plan and also do other modification needed to complete the house. We hope to get the project moving and stay on schedule if the city permit is sold soon.
